Baker, Mixer and Shift Lead

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are a fast paced, high energy environment with a team who works hard but has fun doing it. We take pride in implementing and maintaining the 3 Cs of Crumbl: Cleanliness, Cookie Quality and Customer Experience.
We are hiring full-time and part-time bakers, mixers and shift leads for various schedules between 6:00am - 10:00 pm Monday through Saturday. You will always have Sundays off! Base pay plus tips.

Duties depending on the position include:Leading other team membersAssisting customer placing ordersOperating various kitchen equipment such as ovens and mixersMaking dough, balling dough and frosting and decorating cookiesMaintaining high qualityMaintaining proper storage of ingredientsMaintaining cleanliness of store

REQUIREMENTS

• Positive attitude and strong communications skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Energetic and enjoy happily greeting and serving customers.
• Dependable and able to meet your shift commitment.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Crumbl was founded in 2017 in Logan, Utah by two cousins seeking the perfect combination of flour, sugar and chocolate chips and they now believe they have come up with the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Together, they have come up with an exciting concept, a popular and recognizable menu, and an ambitious but achievable plan to build Crumbl into the thriving business we know it to be today. Crumbl now has over 1000 locations located across the entire United States. Our weekly rotating menu offers new flavors and cookie designs every week while regularly bringing back crowd favorites and unique original recipes.
