Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Associate. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to support hospital-discharge patients with scheduling appointments and providing care coordination. The role is essential in enhancing patient engagement and improving health outcomes through effective communication and healthcare technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Making 120 outbound calls per day to support patients with appointment scheduling.
- Transferring patients to the appropriate internal departments or care teams.
- Occasionally assisting with inbound calls and questions, focusing primarily on outbound calling.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound calling experience in a healthcare setting (e.g., health insurance, healthcare collections).
- Strong computer skills and communication skills.
- Experience making a high volume of outbound calls within a health plan is preferred.
- Must commit to no time off during the probationary period of 90 days.
