Industrial Electrician Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery and manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and facility-related issues.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade manufacturing equipment and production systems.
- Complete electrical repairs, wiring modifications, and facility maintenance projects.
- Perform general facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical upgrades.
- Maintain inventory levels in the maintenance stockroom.
- Accurately complete work orders, maintenance logs, and repair documentation.
- Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Assist with additional maintenance and repair projects as assigned.
- Journeyman Electrician License or a minimum of 3+ years of Industrial Electrician experience required.
- Experience performing preventive maintenance and industrial equipment repairs.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motors, controls, wiring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience installing and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to perform facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical work, and mechanical repairs.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to workplace safety and preventive maintenance best practices.
