Location: Henrico, VA / Richmond Area
Shift Scheduling: Full-Time/Part-Time (No Weekend, Night, On-Call)
Setting: In-Home & Community-Based ABA

About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated BCBAs to provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other qualifying diagnoses, ranging from 2 years through adulthood.

Responsibilities

·         Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

·         Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments.

·         Collect and analyze clinical data.

·         Train and support caregivers and staff.

·         Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.

·         Maintain accurate documentation in CentralReach.

·         Provide services in homes, schools, and community settings.

Requirements

·         Current BCBA certification.

·         Strong communication and organizational skills.

·         Compassionate, flexible, and client-centered approach.

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
