Class A CDL Refrigerated Driver - Guaranteed $1,200-$1,400 Weekly Pay

DeWitt Transportation LLC is hiring experienced Class A CDL company drivers. DeWitt is a small refrigerated fleet of 60 trucks running mostly east of I-25, owned and operated by Tim DeWitt, a former driver with over 3.5 million miles since 1997.

Guaranteed pay for all time on the road

• $1,200–$1,400 weekly gross starting pay, based on verified experience and work history

• 90-day performance-based review with potential raise to $1,600 weekly

• Weekly bonus up to $100, plus an annual performance bonus based on truck profitability

• Paid weekly on a W-2 by direct deposit

• Flexible home time based on 1.5 days home per week worked: 3 weeks out = 4.5–5 days home, 4 weeks out = 6–7 days home, 5 weeks out = 8–9 days home

The freight and the work

• Refrigerated freight, 50% or more drop and hook

• No driver unload, ever

• No NYC, majority of miles east of I-25, no chaining up in winter

Equipment

• 2019–2023 Freightliner Cascadias with DD15 / DT-12 powertrains

• 72" double bunk sleepers, APUs, refrigerators/freezers, 1,500-watt inverters

• Trucks equipped with PrePass

Driver requirements

• Minimum 2 years recent Class A CDL driving experience

• Current DOT physical

• Reasonably good MVR — maximum 3 moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years

Hiring in AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN and TX. Owner operator and cents-per-mile opportunities are also available.
