What You’ll Do As a Crew Team Member, you’ll play an important role in creating a fast, friendly, and welcoming experience for every guest. Responsibilities may include: + Greeting customers and providing friendly, accurate service + Taking orders and processing payments + Preparing McDonald’s menu items according to quality and food safety standards + Working in the kitchen, front counter, drive-thru, and other service areas + Maintaining clean and organized workstations, dining areas, and restaurant spaces + Working together with your teammates to provide fast and accurate service + Following food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant procedures + Helping us achieve our goal that no customer leaves unhappy What We’re Looking For You don’t need previous restaurant experience.
