What You'll Do As a Morning Prep Team Member, your primary responsibility is making sure the restaurant is prepared, stocked, clean, and ready for the day ahead. Your responsibilities may include: + Preparing ingredients and products needed for daily restaurant operations + Stocking and organizing food, paper products, condiments, and supplies + Preparing produce, breakfast items, and other products according to restaurant procedures + Rotating products and following proper FIFO procedures + Checking product dates and helping maintain proper inventory rotation + Cleaning and sanitizing prep areas, equipment, and work surfaces + Washing dishes, utensils, trays, and restaurant equipment + Maintaining clean and organized storage, walk-in, freezer, and stock areas + Preparing sauces, condiments, and other items needed for restaurant operations + Following all McDonald’s food safety, sanitation, and quality standards + Assisting the restaurant team as needed to ensure we are ready to serve our customers This Position May Be a Great Fit If You: + Enjoy working early morning hours + Are dependable and punctual + Like having a routine and completing a daily task list + Take pride in keeping things clean and organized + Enjoy staying active and working with your hands + Can work independently while still being part of a team + Pay attention to details + Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment + Can follow food safety and preparation procedures consistently + Are willing to learn and accept coaching + Want a job where your work makes a noticeable difference Early Morning Availability Is a Requirement This position is specifically designed to support our restaurant's morning preparation and daily readiness.
