Press Break Operator Day Shift

Hire Dynamics/Employbridge is searching for Press Brake Operators for a Lancaster, SC manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake equipment to produce quality parts while maintaining production standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday 8:00pm-6:00am Overtime on Thursdays as needed

Pay Rate: $26.00/hour

Primary Responsibilities for Press Brake Operator

• Set up and adjust press brake equipment for daily production.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot machine and production issues as they arise.
• Follow operational and preventative maintenance procedures.
• Maintain production records and communicate with supervisors as needed.
• Support training of new team members and collaborate with the production team.
