Office Coordinator

Michigan Court Services is a drug and alcohol testing company that had provided accurate, compliant and timely testing services for 35 years. We seek a dependable, organized MALE Office Coordinator to oversee FRIDAY (afternoon), SATURDAY, SUNDAY, MONDAY (afternoon) operations at our Waterford office. This role combines customer service, office administration, documentation and operational oversight including specimen collection responsibilities. MALE candidates are required to observe MALE client urine specimen collection. The responsibilities of the Office Coordinator include, but are not limited to: - Open and close office - Greet clients and collect fees - Observe urine collections and administer breathalyzer tests - Enter and review records - Enforce compliance with testing procedures - Communicate with referral agencies and courts - Collaborate with a female colleague The ideal candidate is comfortable making decisions, upholding regulatory guidelines, working independently, handling confidential information and ensuring customers are served efficiently and professionally. *Operating hours are 6-10 am and 2-5:30 pm. Candidates are expected to work BOTH parts of the split shift. *Great for those interested in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Business, and Psychology. * Perfect for early risers! Need to arrive at 5:50 am. Punctuality is essential. * Must have reliable transportation. * Must have excellent interpersonal skills and able to be both kind AND firm. * Must have great attention to details in written and computer-based documentation. PAY: $15 per hour, with $2 premium for weekend shifts.
