Credit Analyst II

Requirements Credit Analyst II 

• Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial underwriting (with a focus on commercial real estate) OR a minimum of 5 years banking experience (or related commercial real estate finance experience)
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study
• Specialized bank lending education/training preferred (but not required)
• Intermediate commercial real estate underwriting skills and experience, SBA experience preferred
• Proficient in:
  • English (reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics)
  • Interpersonal relations and communication
  • Organizational skills
  • PC skills, including Microsoft Office, and ability to learn specific financial software
• Ability to manage a moderate workload on a consistent basis with limited oversight
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under strict time requirements or under tight timeframes
• Developed financial analysis skills
• Thorough knowledge of current related obligations
