About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our evening shift team at Kinzua Nursing and Rehab in Warren, Pennsylvania. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work under the supervision of our registered nurses and licensed practical nurses to provide personal care and assistance to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents

• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents

• Assisting with mealtime and feeding residents

• Participating in care planning and implementing resident care plans

• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of resident care
