What you’ll be doing

• Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period focused on daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition to solo driving.

• Follow safe driving practices, comply with required checks, and develop strong habits for professional over-the-road operations.
• Gain hands-on experience with trip coordination, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
