We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to serve as our Director of Rehabilitation. This full-time, salaried leadership role is ideal for a motivated, team-focused clinician who enjoys leading therapy services while still providing hands-on care.

Position Overview

The Director of Rehabilitation oversees daily therapy operations, supports clinical staff, and ensures residents receive high-quality, goal-driven rehabilitation services in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. As a member of our supportive interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise therapy department operations

• Provide direct occupational therapy services within COTA scope

• Assist with scheduling, documentation review, and workflow management

• Support Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy teams

• Monitor resident progress and ensure care plans are followed

• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

• Promote a positive, resident-centered therapy environment

Requirements

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Arkansas

• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

• Ability to manage daily operations and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
