Hybrid Onsite Every Other Week in Westlake, TX
Our client seeks a Deployment Manager to deliver client integration solutions for Institutional Wealth Management Services within Integration Services. You will consult with clients and fintech partners to define integration use cases, build roadmaps, and implement integrations including APIs, SSO, and file transmissions. You will coordinate deployments, monitor test environments, triage issues, create test data, and guide client testing. You will blend product knowledge with consultative skills to drive onboarding, adoption, and continuous improvement in an agile, Kanban-aligned environment.

Rate: $51.00 to $61.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:- Plan for integration opportunities by assessing scope, scale, and complexity.
- Lead end-to-end product deployment to onboard clients and drive product adoption.
- Consult with clients and fintech partners to develop integration use cases and roadmaps.
- Implement and validate APIs, SSO, and file transmissions using tools such as Postman and Insomnia.
- Coordinate testing activities including API testing, UAT, issue triage, and test data creation.
- Monitor and manage test environments and support clients through testing and launch.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to improve deployment efficiency and client outcomes.
- Maintain deployment documentation including requirements, technical specifications, configuration guides, test plans, and runbooks.
- Support continuous improvement and cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years in product development, client management, and software deployment with strong analytical and technical skills.
- Hands-on experience with Postman or Insomnia, API testing, Single Sign-On, and file transmissions.
- Proven client-facing consultation with effective communication across complex scenarios.
- Ability to lead product deployment with focus on product improvements and adoption.
- Customer-centric approach to resolve issues and prioritize solutions across stakeholders.
- Growth mindset with curiosity to stay current with business and client needs.
- Financial services experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred or equivalent career experience.
