A day in the life

You begin your shift with a thorough pre-start inspection, confirming your equipment is safe and ready. Moments later, you’re gliding through tight, narrow aisles—precision steering keeps racking and inventory untouched. Your RF scanner guides every pick, and you verify each SKU and batch number to maintain 100% accuracy. You lift to heights up to 24 feet with confidence, securing and wrapping loads so nothing shifts or tips. Throughout the day, safety protocols lead your decisions as you move product efficiently and flawlessly.

What you’ll handle

• Operate stand-up reach trucks and order pickers safely and efficiently
• Navigating narrow aisles with exacting control
• RF scanning for accurate order selection (SKU and batch verification)
• Daily equipment checks and adherence to safety procedures
• Securely wrapping and stabilizing loads before lifting

What you bring

• 1–2 years on reach trucks and order pickers (Crown or Raymond experience preferred)
• Comfort working up to 24 feet high
• OSHA Class 2 forklift certification (required)
• Stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a practical driving evaluation and a hands-on equipment test at our Bedford Park facility
