You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day responsibilities of professional trucking, and then transition to solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week with full benefits.

During the 4–6 week paid mentor training period, you will learn daily driving routines, work with an experienced driver, and prepare to transition to solo driving. You will drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.

You will follow safe driving practices, complete required inspections and checks, and develop sound habits for professional over-the-road operations. You will also gain hands-on experience with trip planning and execution, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
