Electrical Assembler

Pay Rate: $15.32/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, Saturday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM as needed

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble and wire electrical panels and devices according to electrical schematics and blueprints.
Assemble various electrical enclosures, including motor starters, circuit breakers, and disconnects according to drawings and prints.
Dimensionally lay out back panels and externally mounted devices.
Mount electrical devices to back panels and enclosures using various methods, including drilling and tapping steel.
Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.
Provide hands-on training and guidance to coworkers as needed.
Follow all documented policies and procedures established by the Company’s Quality System.
Ensure assembled products meet all print requirements and consistently meet or exceed internal and external customer expectations.
Participate in required training and continued education.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Work overtime as required.
