Start your driving career in Richmond, Virginia, with a role designed for new CDL A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day responsibilities of professional trucking, and then transition to solo driving.

After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week, with full benefits available.

What you’ll be doing

• Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period focused on daily driving routines, professional trucking operations, and preparation for solo driving.
• Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.
• Follow DOT requirements, safe driving practices, and company procedures.
• Complete required vehicle and operational checks and develop sound habits for over-the-road driving.
• Gain hands-on experience with trip planning, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
