Skilled Forklift Operator

Location: Utica, NY

Schedule:Monday-Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm

Pay rate:$20.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk with experience in the trucking and transportation industry. The Shipping Clerk will coordinate daily shipments, prepare shipping documentation, communicate with drivers and carriers, and ensure freight moves efficiently and accurately from our facility to its destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Moving heavy industrial steel beams
• Building beams
• Assisting in bending room shop as needed

Qualifications Required:

• Must have 1 year plus experience using industrial forklift
• Ability to lift to 50lbs
• Ability to push and pull heavy items
• Ability to work outside in all temperatures and weather
• Must have the ability to read and understand directions
• Mechanically inclined
