Paid training is provided throughout the 4–6 week mentor period. After completing training, drivers earn $1,600–$1,800 per week, with weekly pay available by direct deposit. Full benefits are available after training.

This is a strong starting opportunity for recent CDL A graduates in the Newark, New Jersey area who are ready to move from classroom learning into real-world driving. You will receive practical, on-the-road guidance from a mentor before taking on solo driving responsibilities, along with a structured path to build confidence and experience safely.

During the paid 4–6 week mentor training period, you will learn daily driving routines, work with an experienced driver, and prepare to transition to solo driving. You will drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.

You will follow safe-driving practices, comply with applicable DOT requirements and company procedures, complete required checks, and develop strong habits for professional over-the-road operations.
