What your day looks like

You arrive at our Lake Hallie facility ready to turn rough-cut metal into precise, finished components. You review job specs, prepare your equipment, and set the pace for a safe, productive shift.

Morning

• Set up and operate grinding and deburring machines to meet exact part specifications.
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure edges are clean, smooth, and consistent.

Midday

• Inspect completed parts for quality and conformance to requirements.
• Coordinate with team members to stay on schedule and hit production targets.
• Keep your work area clean and well-organized to support safety and efficiency.

End of shift

• Perform routine maintenance and basic care on equipment to keep it running at its best.
• Document work as needed and confirm all safety procedures have been followed.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background in grinding, deburring, or related manufacturing is a plus.
• Keen attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions.
• Comfort working independently and alongside a team.
• Clear communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Readiness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
