Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $57 – $77 per hour (Commensurate with experience)

• Schedule: Approximately 7 to 7.5 hours per day (typically 7:45 AM – 3:00 PM)

Position Overview We are seeking qualified, full-time Special Education Teachers for immediate in-person school-based positions in Antioch, CA. This is a fully funded opportunity designed to support district needs while providing educators with a structured, collaborative, and rewarding classroom environment alongside exceptional clinical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and educate students with diverse learning needs in a classroom setting

• Develop, adapt, and implement engaging, curriculum-aligned lesson plans

• Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with students, parents, and school staff

• Accurately document and share student progress, grades, and evaluations

Requirements

• Active California Special Education Teacher (SPED) Certification

• Previous experience in teaching or special education environments

• Strong classroom management and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
