Ideal day would be keeping the bigger kids ( 3yr girl/ 5 yr boy) busy and engaged with activities and play. Lots of time outside, reading, art, games --helping with snacks, lunch, clean-up. And help with 8-month-old baby too. Days/Hours are flexible.
