Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

I'm a single father of two and I need help watching my oldest son (3 years old) for at least 3 days a week. My youngest son is in daycare full time but my oldest is experiencing some mild behavioral issues in group settings and I would like to keep him home (where he does much better) for another year while he outgrows these challenges and can get some one on one attention which I believe he currently needs.
