Nanny Needed

We are looking for a babysitter for our 4-month-old daughter. We are looking for a reliable, flexible fit for our family. I work 3-12 hour shifts a week and most of those days are covered by her grandmothers, but in case of sickness or a date night or pure exhaustion, we are looking for backup coverage. This person would need reliable transportation. And we would prefer a non-smoker and someone who is CPR certified.
