Langdon Place of Exeter is seeking a compassionate and dependable Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to join our team as a Part-Time Weekend Warrior.

This is a great opportunity for an MNA looking for a consistent weekend schedule of approximately 16–20 hours per week while earning a competitive rate of $23–$25 per hour.

Position Details

Position: Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA)
Status: Part-Time
Schedule: Weekend Warrior – 16–20 hours per week
Pay Range: $23.00–$25.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

• Accurately document medication administration and resident information

• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the licensed nurse

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care

• Maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and independence

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the care team

• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements

• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure residents receive exceptional care

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire MNA license/certification in good standing

• Previous senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused

• Ability to work a consistent weekend schedule

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Eligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10–20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.
