Qualifications of the Administrator - Nursing Home:

• Must have valid OH Administrator license

• Must have prior experience as a LNHA

• Must have a background in census building, as well as experience with Vents and a Bargaining Unit

• Must have experience in long term care/skilled nursing

• Must have excellent leadership skills

• Must be a self-starter and energetic

• Proven Leadership & Management skills

• Strong verbal & written communication skills

Responsibilities of the Administrator - Nursing Home:

• Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
