2nd Shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:30PM - 1:00AM

What You’ll Do
• Perform manual deburring on precision plastic components using hand tools and equipment
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections to meet quality specifications
• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to ensure finish and quality standards are met
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and quality requirements
• Handle parts carefully to prevent damage, contamination, or defects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Support production flow by completing work accurately and on schedule
• Identify and report defects or process issues to supervisors
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Complete daily production and quality documentation
• Support other manufacturing operations as needed
What We’re Looking For
• 1 to 3 years of deburring, finishing, or hands-on manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience working with plastic components strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read basic work instructions or drawings
• Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• A quality-first mindset and pride in craftsmanship
Physical Requirements
• Standing for extended periods
• Fine motor skills and repetitive hand movements
• Reaching, bending, and light lifting
• Lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance
