Job Summary:

As a Physical Therapist (Hospital Setting), you will play a crucial role in our rehabilitation team, providing evidence-based physical therapy services to patients in our hospital setting. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient. Your expertise and dedication will help patients achieve their goals and regain independence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations of patients to assess their functional abilities and identify areas for improvement

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' physical therapy needs

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions as needed

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans

• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner

• Participate in staff meetings and education sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and hospital initiatives
