Job Description
Senior Industrial Electrical Construction Superintendent

Location: Greenville, South Carolina
Job Type: Full-Time

Your day, your impact

By 7:00 a.m., you’ve walked the site, aligned the crew on safety priorities, and verified materials are staged for the day’s installations. By mid-morning, you’re reviewing redlines with engineers, clearing RFIs, and keeping the schedule intact. Afternoon brings progress checks with project managers and subcontractors, course-correcting where needed to protect quality and budget. As the sun sets, your reports are in, the site is secure, and tomorrow’s plan is locked. That’s a day in the life when you’re steering complex, multi‑million‑dollar industrial electrical projects to a flawless finish.

What you will lead
  • Full on‑site oversight for large industrial electrical builds, from mobilization through closeout.
  • Hands‑on leadership and mentoring of field teams to drive safety excellence, technical precision, and productivity.
  • Daily coordination with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to uphold schedule and budget commitments.
  • Interpretation and enforcement of drawings, specifications, and codes (including NEC) to ensure zero‑defect execution.
  • Strategic management of labor, equipment, and materials to reduce downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Routine site inspections, safety meetings, and clear progress reporting.
  • Travel to job sites as needed to provide direct oversight and support.
  • Ongoing coaching of field personnel to sustain quality and output standards.
What you bring
  • 15+ years of experience as an Industrial Project Manager or Superintendent.
  • A consistent record of career stability, typically 3–5 years with each previous employer.
  • Deep experience in industrial electrical construction across environments such as manufacturing plants, power facilities, refineries, or similar heavy industrial settings.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industrial electrical systems, NEC codes, and construction best practices.
  • Proven leadership that motivates diverse teams and elevates performance.
  • Strong, proactive problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi‑million‑dollar projects and large field crews.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (company truck provided).
Compensation & benefits
  • Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 annually, based on experience
  • Per Diem: $120 – $140 per day on every job, scaled by travel distance
  • Company Truck: Provided for business and job‑site use
Why this role

We reward stability, expertise, and accountability. You’ll receive competitive pay, a daily per diem on every assignment, and a company vehicle—reflecting our commitment to seasoned industrial electrical leaders who deliver excellence on every project.
