• $6,000 Sign-On Bonus – Full-Time

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities

• Every Other Weekend Rotation

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll work closely with our nursing team to provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Help residents with meals and hydration as needed

• Take and record vital signs and report changes or concerns to the nursing team

• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility while maintaining resident safety

• Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship

• Maintain residents' dignity, privacy, comfort, and independence

• Communicate effectively with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary care team

• Follow facility policies, infection-control practices, and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Current, active North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing experience preferred

• Compassionate and dependable with a strong commitment to resident care

• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
