Start your driving career with a role designed for new Class A CDL holders in Jackson, Mississippi. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed Class A CDL drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day responsibilities of professional trucking, and then transition to solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week with full benefits.

Paid training is provided throughout the 4–6 week mentor period. After completing training, drivers earn $1,600–$1,800 per week with weekly pay available by direct deposit. Full benefits are available after training.

This is a strong starting opportunity for recent Class A CDL graduates who are ready to move from the classroom into real-world driving. You will receive practical, on-the-road guidance from a mentor before taking on solo driving responsibilities. The structured training path is designed to help new drivers safely build confidence and experience.

During the 4–6 week paid mentor training period, you will learn daily driving routines, work with an experienced driver, and prepare to transition to solo driving. You will drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.

You will follow safe driving practices, comply with required checks, and develop strong habits for professional over-the-road operations. You will also gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
