Staffworks is hiring Fiber Assemblers for Temp-to-Hire opportunities!

Shift & Pay

• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM — $17.60/hr including 10% shift differential
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM — $17.60/hr including 10% shift differential
• Weekly Pay
• Benefits available once hired on

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Steel-toe boots/shoes required
• Manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to follow detailed processes and directions
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

• Monitor fiber assembly equipment and identify unusual conditions or defects
• Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections
• Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas
• Complete required production and quality documentation
• Report equipment, material, or quality issues to leadership
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
