Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $15.00 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Metal Fabrication Associate to join our team on 1st shift. This role involves assisting with metal fabrication processes in a fast-paced shop environment while following safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with metal fabrication, cutting, and assembly
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools
  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials per work orders
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow safety procedures and shop guidelines
Requirements:
  • Previous metal fabrication or shop experience preferred (not required)
  • Experience with hand tools and power tools a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
