CNA

Daily Living Support: Help patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.

• Certification: Must complete a state-approved training program and pass a competency exam to hold an active CNA license.

• Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand for long periods, walk frequently, and lift or move heavy patients.

• Communication Skills: Must listen closely to patient concerns and relay vital information clearly to clinical teams.

• Compassion and Patience: Must offer empathetic, professional, and respectful care during stressful or routine tasks.
