Start your driving career in the Tupelo, Mississippi area with a role designed for new Class A CDL holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed Class A CDL drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will work alongside an experienced driver, learn the daily operations of professional trucking, and then transition to solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week with full benefits.

What you’ll be doing

• Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period that includes learning daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition to solo driving.
• Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.
• Follow safe driving practices, complete required inspections, and develop sound habits for professional over-the-road operations.
• Gain hands-on experience with trip operations, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
