No Experience CDL A Commercial Driver Regional

Start your driving career with a role designed for new CDL A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers in the Meridian, Mississippi area for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the daily operations of professional trucking, and then transition to solo driving.

After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week with full benefits.

What you’ll be doing

• Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period that includes learning daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition to solo driving.
• Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.
• Follow Department of Transportation requirements, safe driving practices, and company procedures.
• Complete required vehicle checks and develop sound habits for over-the-road trucking operations.
• Gain hands-on experience with trip planning and execution, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
