Start your driving career in Bowling Green, Kentucky, with an opportunity designed for new CDL A holders. Recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers can participate in a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day responsibilities of professional trucking, and then transition to solo driving.

After completing training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week with full benefits.

During the mentor training period, you will:

  • Learn to manage loads safely and efficiently
  • Follow safe driving practices, complete required inspections and checks, and develop strong habits for over-the-road operations
  • Gain hands-on experience with trip planning, communication, and decision-making as you progress toward becoming an independent driver

  • Strong communication: Maintain contact with your mentor and dispatch, ask questions when needed, and communicate clearly and professionally.
