Wise Staffing in Huntsville is hiring dedicated, hard-working Production Assembly Associates for a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment in Athens, AL. This is a temp-to-perm role where strong attendance and solid performance lead directly to full-time direct-hire opportunities with competitive pay and regular raises.
As an associate, you will perform repetitive assembly tasks—including seating and wiring work—while meeting daily production goals.

Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr (1st Shift) | $18.50/hr (2nd Shift) — Paid Weekly
Available Shifts
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM ($17.50/hour)
- 2nd Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:45 AM ($18.50/hour)
- Overtime: Mandatory based on production needs. Shifts may run 8–10+ hours per day.
Key Responsibilities & Job Duties
- Perform high-speed, repetitive assembly line work (automotive seating and wiring).
- Follow all process standards and process assignments as designated by site management.
- Maintain focus and productivity throughout the entire shift to consistently meet daily line goals.
- Adhere strictly to all plant safety rules, proper lifting techniques, and immediate injury reporting protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Attendance: Punctuality and daily attendance are critical.
- Dress Code & PPE:
- Steel-toe boots are required.
- Wise-provided black WISE shirt, and WISE hat required daily.
- Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand continuously for the entire shift (8–10+ hours).
- Regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, gripping, and repetitive hand/wrist movements.
