CDL Local Delivery Driver

Pay: $17–$20/hour DOE.

Location: Shreveport, LA.

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable CDL Local Delivery Driver to safely operate commercial vehicles and make local deliveries throughout the Shreveport area. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and providing professional service.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to make local deliveries.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload materials or products as needed.
• Complete required vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and required driving documentation.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and applicable DOT regulations.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized vehicle and work area.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Previous commercial driving or delivery experience is required.
• Must have a safe and responsible driving record.
• Knowledge of safe commercial vehicle operation and DOT regulations.
• Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and identify safety or maintenance concerns.
• Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
• Must be able to safely handle and secure delivery materials.

• Driver's License
• Truck Operations & Load Securement
• Current CDL License
• DOT & Equipment Inspection Compliance
