Start your driving career in Paducah, Kentucky, with a role designed for new CDL Class A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL Class A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will work alongside an experienced driver, learn the daily operations of professional trucking, and then transition to solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week with full benefits.

What you’ll be doing

• Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period focused on daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing for solo driving.
• Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.
• Follow safe driving practices, complete required inspections, and develop sound habits for over-the-road operations.
• Gain hands-on experience with trip coordination, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
