CDL A Dedicated Truck Driver Now Hiring New CDL Grads

Blue Ridge Haulers has an opening for Class A CDL drivers on a dedicated dry van account, offering weekly home time, consistent freight, and solid pay. Both new CDL grads and experienced drivers are encouraged to apply. This is mostly drop-and-hook work with preloaded freight on newer automatic trucks.

Job Details

• Dedicated regional routes covering Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky
• Home weekly, with a minimum 34-hour reset
• Around 2,200+ miles weekly
• Both day and night shifts available
• Freight comes preloaded
• Nearly all drop-and-hook, no touch freight
• Late-model automatic trucks

Pay and Benefits

• Weekly pay of $1,300 to $1,500
• $0.60 to $0.70 per mile based on experience
• $25 per stop
• Drivers with under 6 months experience start at $850/week for a 4-6 week training period
• Medical, dental, and 401(k) kick in after 30 days
• Paid time off included

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21
• Active Class A CDL
• Completed an accredited CDL program (120+ training hours)
• New grads welcome to apply
• Clean-ish driving history — no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years
• No DUIs, ever
• No felony/misdemeanor convictions in the past 5 years
• Not terminated from last job for safety reasons
• Steady 10-year work record (school/training excluded), no major gaps
• Must pass pre-employment urine and hair drug tests
