Langdon Place of Exeter is seeking a compassionate and dependable Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to join our team for a 16-Hour Baylor position.

This is an excellent opportunity for an MNA looking for a Baylor schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities

As an MNA, you will:

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies

• Accurately document medication administration and resident information

• Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to the licensed nurse

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and person-centered care

• Maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and independence

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other members of the care team

• Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements

• Work collaboratively with nursing staff to ensure residents receive exceptional care

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire MNA license/certification in good standing

• Previous senior living, assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Eligible full-time employees may elect Modified Compensation calculated at 10–20% of the base rate in lieu of select benefits.
