Start your driving career with a role designed for new CDL A holders in the Atlantic City, New Jersey area. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day responsibilities of professional trucking, and then transition to solo driving.

After completing training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 per week, with full benefits available after training.

What you’ll be doing

• Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period covering daily driving routines, collaboration with an experienced driver, and preparation for solo driving.
• Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.
• Follow safe driving practices, comply with applicable U.S. Department of Transportation requirements, complete required vehicle inspections, and develop sound habits for over-the-road operations.
• Gain hands-on experience with trip planning and execution, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
