LSI ADL is looking for a Assembler to add to our team at our Columbus, Ohio location.

LSI ADL Technology is an Electronics Manufacturing Services company based in Columbus, Ohio producing Circuit Board Assemblies, Box Build and Cable Assemblies in the Industrial OEM and Lighting markets. We services customers in the Columbus, OH region. Our production work ranges from running Surface Mount Technology Lines, Wave Solder Machines, Potting Machines and Wire Processing equipment in addition to Soldering, Manual Assembly, Conformal Coating & Testing of products. We also incorporate an Inventory Control team responsible for Receiving, Shipping & Materials management throughout the facility.


Summary:

You will play a critical role in the production process by accurately and efficiently assembling components into products. With this role the employee is responsible to prepare components and build upon printed circuit boards. Conduct mechanical and electrical assembly of PCB products.  Assemble products until they are completed to acceptance test procedures and routing operations.  


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly of components using hand tools and power equipment according to detailed instructions.
  • Conduct visual inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure product quality and identify defects early.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on the production line.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and resolve any assembly issues promptly.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with assembly processes in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively.
