Advanced Practice Registered Nurses

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established, physician-led private practice in Fort Myers, Florida. Our group consists of 7 Medical Doctors and 6 Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, providing a collaborative, patient-focused environment with strong professional support.

Requirements:

  

  •  Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients
  •  Prescribe medications and other treatments as appropriate 
  • Educate patients and their families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options
  •  Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with legal and organizational standards
  •  Stay current with medical research, guidelines, and best practices to ensure evidence-based care

Skills and Qualifications:

  •  Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program
  • Current and valid Nurse Practitioner license in the relevant state
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (e.g., AANP, ANCC)
  • Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in primary care or specialty area
  •  Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical standards
  •  Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  •  EPIC EMR (Preferred)
