Our client in Chestertown MD, a reputable chemical manufacturing company with TONS of growth opportunity, is hiring for Quality Assurance/Lab Technicians to join their growing team.
The Quality Assurance/ Lab Technician involves sampling, testing, and analyzing of chemical products manufactured for the purpose of water quality testing.

Details for the Quality Assurance/ Lab Technician:
- Pay Rate: $20-23/hr (based on experience)
- Available Schedules:
- Full Time Schedules Available- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-11pm OR 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday 11pm-7:15am
- Part Time Schedules Available- 1st Shift: Saturday/Sunday 7am-3:15pm OR 3rd shift: Friday/Saturday 11pm-7:15am
- 401k and full benefits after a probationary period
Job Responsibilities & Description for the Quality Assurance/ Lab Technician:
- Conduct chemical and physical testing of SPIN disk products.
- Prepare reagents, standards, and vats for daily testing.
- Perform startup, hourly, and vacuum testing on disk samples.
- Investigate customer complaints related to SPIN products.
- Analyze data and make reagent adjustments as needed.
Job Requirements for the Quality Assurance/ Lab Technician:
- High school diploma or Bachelors degree; Biology or Chemistry background
- Strong math, communication, and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during 12hour shifts.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Works and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work overtime when needed.
