Job Summary:
Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing and Rehab, a premier long-term care and rehabilitation center, is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our facility, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with all regulatory standards. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the facility, maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall operations of the facility, ensuring high-quality resident care

• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Manage and develop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment

• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures

• Implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service delivery

• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and employees

• Build relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community

Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification in OH

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

• Proven experience in nursing home administration or long-term care leadership

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and healthcare management

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and facility operations effectively
