CNAs and HHAs in the Davenport Area

One You Love Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable CNAs and HHAs to provide personalized, one-on-one care to clients in Davenport and the surrounding area.

We are looking for caregivers who take pride in being reliable, communicate professionally and genuinely enjoy helping older adults remain safe, comfortable and independent at home.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal-care needs
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and transfers according to the client’s care plan
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
• Arrive on time and accurately clock in and out
• Communicate schedule changes, call-offs and client concerns directly to the office

Required Qualifications

Applicants must have:

• A valid Florida CNA license or Home Health Aide certificate
• Current CPR certification
• Completed AHCA Level 2 background screening and fingerprints
• Reliable transportation to client homes in the Davenport area
• Dependable attendance and professional communication skills

Previous home-care or senior-care experience is preferred.
