What you’ll be doing

• Complete a 4–6-week paid mentor training period focused on daily driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing for the transition to solo driving.
• Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning to manage loads safely and efficiently.
• Follow safe-driving practices, complete required inspections and checks, and develop strong habits for over-the-road operations.
• Gain hands-on experience with trip planning and execution, communication, and decision-making as you progress from a recent graduate to an independent driver.
